• Please pay for your visit when you enter the rental space. (Cash / Credit card / Electronic money / QR code payment)

Terms of Use

• The hours of use are from 10:00 to 18:00 (This time includes preparation and clean-up)
• Extended hours are available from 8:00 to 21:00. 1100 yen per extra hour. (tax included)
• There is no dedicated parking space. Please use a nearby coin-operated parking lot after loading in.
• There are no restrooms. Please use the designated restrooms located 2 minutes and 150 meters away on foot. Staff only.
• Please take your own trash with you.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% from the day of rental to 2 days prior to the rental date.
  80% from the day of rental to 3 days prior to the rental date.
  60% from the day of rental to 4 days prior to the rental date.
  40% from the day of rental to 5 days prior to the rental date.
  20% from the day of rental to 6 days prior to the rental date.
• In the event that the use of this rental space is rendered impossible due to an accident or disaster caused by an act of God or lack thereof for which the user is not responsible, the user will not be charged for the use of the space.

Precautions

• Please strictly adhere to the hours of use.
• Available hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except in case of extension of usage hours)
• Please carry in and out during the available hours of use.
• Please use the designated area for eaves stalls.
• The interior and fixtures are subject to change without notice.
• Please do not use adhesive tape, tacks, or nails on the building, accessories, or equipment.
• Please manage your valuables and other belongings at your own risk.
• Please dispose of garbage by yourself.
• Please be aware that our staff may patrol the premises to check on the situation.
• Please be friendly to the neighbors.

Prohibited items

• No extremely loud advertising, sound equipment, musical instruments, etc. are allowed.
• No sales of items that emit strong odors or smoke are permitted.
• No fire or other hazardous materials may be brought into the venue.
• Items that are offensive to public order and morals.
• Sales of illegal products.
• The act of taking out an expensive loan.
• Solicitation or proselytizing activities for religious or similar organizations.
• Activities related to anti-social forces.
• Activities that may cause discrimination or human rights violations.
• Activities that may cause trouble in the neighborhood.
• Other activities that the manager deems to be incompatible with the policy.

Disclaimer

• The management and operation of the exhibits for sale is the responsibility of the user.
• We assume no responsibility for fire, theft, natural disasters, or other unforeseen accidents.
• In the event of damage, defacement, or loss of incidental facilities or fixtures, the user shall bear the repair costs.
• The user shall be responsible for the disposal of any remaining garbage.
• The user agrees to dispose of any leftover materials.
• If there is any damage or stains after the end of use, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
• If there is any violation of the terms and conditions, you agree to immediately cease use and vacate the premises.
• In such a case, the usage fee will not be refunded.
• We will ask you to present your ID and take a copy of it.
